Ultra-fine polishing media for the most sensitive, delicate surfaces. Great for bringing crusty, dirty, time-worn aluminum parts back to a factory-like finish. Works great for brass, bronze and pot metals as well!
Faster cutting power for tougher coatings when the substrate can take it. We use different grits accordingly to aid in coating removal, blast profile control and minimal heat transfer to parts.
Aggressive coating removal without harming softer substrates like aluminum or pot metal. A great choice if, for example, your vehicle fender or door has a substantial amount of filler under the paint that needs to be removed to bare metal. In some cases, we have been able to use this media on fiberglass items for a desired result.
A wet, lower-heat, dust-free process, especially good for engine components and fine detail work — carbon buildup, oil residue — without media embedding in the metal.
Once a part is blasted clean, we can finish it off with a durable powder coat in a wide range of colors — a simple add-on step after the real work is done.
